Personality: Remaining optimistic and positive is what Haru is all for! He loves going out and making friends, but he doesn't exactly understand what personal space is. He hates seeing people upset and will do everything in the world he can for them to smile and be happy. He's extremely loud and childish when the time calls for it, pouting when he doesn't get what he wants to can do almost anything to get his way in the end. He has an extreme fascination with fishing, and it could probably be the only thing that never fails to make him smile. Although he's loud and can be a little obnoxious to get to know at first, the more you get to know him, the more you'll realize he's just a little ball of sunshine doing everything he can to make people happy!

On the other hand, though. Haru remains so positive, he has a hard time getting a grasp of any other emotion. Try as he might, he just can't seem to understand that there's more to emotions to feel, rather than just happiness 24/7. It's a slow process, but he's learning.

History: Haru moved to Enoshima at a young age with his younger sister and their elder brother, and from a young age, Haru has always been fascinated with fish. He'd always want to learn how to fish, just so he can catch one and stare at it for a while before releasing it. So when he got the opportunity to learn it with Yuki, he took the chance quickly.

Although he was a bit rusty at first and couldn't catch a single fish, he slowly learned to get over his mistakes and fish better. He had gotten so good at it, he received a letter in the mail from Hopes Peak Academy saying that they've been keeping a close eye on him and that he was invited to enroll into the school for the last few years of his high school education. He was a bit hesitant at first, but when his siblings had told him that he should jump on the opportunity, he did.
